University of Utah Gymnastics Camps

Utah Gymnastics will be holding two high performance camps this upcoming summer and we would love to have you join us! Camp is held on the University of Utah campus in the newly renovated, world class Dumke Gymnastics Training Center! Both summer camps will be packed with tools to improve and enhance your basic skills in a safe and fun learning environment.

Daily training will include working skills on all four events in addition to learning skills to develop the overall athlete including strength training, dance, nutrition, and mental skills training. Gymnasts will have the opportunity to be coached by the Utah gymnastics staff, Utah gymnasts, and top coaches from across the country. Due to the level of skill instruction and duration of camp, these camps are highly recommended for gymnasts who have competed at least one year of level 4, Xcel Silver, or higher.
